Talk about a throwback… a new old-school 26″ bike, can you believe it? in 2016???
Actually, this is a really fun project that Pedro thought up to showcase the versatility of the Jerónimo Ti Gravel, thanks to the frame’s wide chainstays and seatstays, and because the diameter of a 26er is very similar to that of a cyclocross wheel.
The drivetrain is composed of a double chainring in front (46/34) and a 9-speed cassette in the rear, a rigid titanium frame and Thomson components all around.
This is the bike that Pedro will ride on his trip from the northern tip Lanzarote to the southernmost point of Fuerteventura in January, so stay tuned for riding impressions and travel logs!
