In order to achieve the best final result in the manufacture of his frames, Jerónimo hardly uses tubes made with alloy Ti3Al2.5V (Grade 9 CWSR / ASTM B338) and CrMo 4130.
Tubes with different diameters, ranging from 16 mm to 50 mm, can be used in the design and manufacture the frames. The tubes have a uniform thickness, although double-thickness conical tubes can be used on request. They can also be bent or oval according to customer demand or design requirements.
By designing each frame from a blank sheet, the customer’s wishes can be fully reflected in the final result. This means, for example, that pipe diameters can be ordered on demand or cables routed to the customer’s request.
